7/16 DIN male (plug) straight EZ connector for LMR-400, TCOM-400, and T-RAD-400-FR type cables. The EZ-400-716M-X eliminates assembly errors and soldering with crimp-style outer contacts and spring finger inner contacts.

Its optimal and consistent termination is guaranteed by its no-braid trim design, which also prevents FOD. Surface contact is optimized, and current density is kept to a minimum, thanks to the BeCu pins’ design.
The EZ connectors are ideal for use in environments with extreme cold and high vibration, where the center conductor could potentially contract due to the strong spring force they provide.
The 7/16 DIN connectors are a threaded radio frequency (RF) connector frequently used in water-prone environments like broadcast and base stations. The 400 size cables can be connected directly to this male plug.
