LMR-240 Coaxial Cable Supplier
Bravo Satcom supplies LMR-240 low-loss flexible coaxial cable for antenna feeder runs across the UAE.
What LMR-240 is good for
LMR-240 is a 50-ohm, low-loss flexible coax built around a foam-PE dielectric with a copper-clad aluminum center conductor and braided shield. Its smaller diameter (roughly 6mm) makes it easier to route through tight spaces and around corners than heavier feeder cable, at the cost of higher attenuation per meter than LMR-400. That trade-off makes it the practical choice for shorter antenna feeder runs and jumper cables – Wi-Fi access points, GPS antennas, land mobile radio (LMR) base stations, and other RF links where the cable run is measured in single-digit meters rather than tens of meters.
LMR-240 vs LMR-400
If your run is short and you need flexibility around tight bends, LMR-240 is usually the right call. For longer runs where minimizing signal loss matters more than flexibility, LMR-400 is the better fit – see our LMR-400 page for the comparison.
