The 950mp Board Satellite Modem is iDirect’s smallest and most powerful, lightweight router designed for integration into highly portable COTM solutions. Certified for WGS and built for operation in TRANSEC networks, it can be seamlessly integrated into existing and new smaller man-portable VSAT terminals. The 950mp meets the most rigorous demands for tactical terminals, delivering mobility, security, and always-on broadband capabilities in highly compact form factors that support data, voice, and video connectivity in highly mobile military and government applications. The 950mp is industrialized to meet MIL-STD 810G requirements for extreme operational conditions and supports HTS.
The 950mp Board Satellite Modem is optimized for size, weight, and power (SWaP) with a 30% reduction compared to its predecessor. Lightweight and power-efficient, the 950mp is designed for integration into highly portable COTM solutions. The 950mp has been industrialized to MIL-STD 810G requirements for extreme operational conditions. This energy-efficient modem board builds upon existing transmit keyline capabilities, improving battery performance. The 950mp includes increased memory to support multiple software images, making upgrades easier and more efficient.
