It operates on a 950-1,450 MHz IF with an 11.8 GHz LO, delivering a minimum P1dB of +36 dBm over temperature and -26 dBc ACPR at +35 dBm output while drawing 28 W. Weighing just 500 g, the unit is RoHS compliant.
