NJS8496E Series Full C-band PLL LNB (External Reference, Flange-type)
A full C-band low-noise block downconverter (3.4-4.2 GHz) that phase-locks its local oscillator to an external 10 MHz reference for precise, stable frequency conversion.
The NJS8496E is a PLL-based low noise block downconverter covering the full C-band RF range of 3.4 to 4.2 GHz, converting it down to an IF output of 950 to 1,750 MHz using a 5.15 GHz local oscillator. Its oscillator locks to an externally supplied 10 MHz reference signal, giving system designers direct control over frequency accuracy. The unit delivers a typical noise temperature of 15 K, weighs around 670 g, and is RoHS compliant. It is available with F-type (75Ω) or N-type (50Ω) IF connectors.
