The NJT8334U is a GaN HEMT block up-converter with a built-in linearizer for the universal Ku-band (13.75 to 14.5 GHz), producing up to 8W (+39 dBm) of linear output power. It processes a 950-1,700 MHz IF signal against a 12.8 GHz LO, consumes about 70W typical at rated output from a +18 to +54 VDC supply. The unit is housed in a small, lightweight (1.8 kg) IP67-rated enclosure rated for operation up to +75 ℃, and this NMT variant supports Ethernet (HTTP/SNMP) and parallel I/O monitor-and-control; RS-485 and optional RS-232 variants are also available in the series. It includes an LED indicator and is RoHS compliant.
