NJT8370U Series – Universal Ku-band 25W GaN BUC
A compact 25W GaN block up-converter for the universal 13.75-14.5 GHz Ku-band, rated for extended high-temperature operation and FSK monitor-and-control.
The NJT8370U is a GaN-based Ku-band block up-converter for the universal 13.75 to 14.5 GHz band, delivering up to 25W (+44 dBm saturated output) from a 950-1,700 MHz IF input mixed against a 12.8 GHz LO. It is built into a weatherized, forced-air-cooled enclosure rated IP67, with an operating guarantee range extending to +75 ℃ (performance guaranteed to +60 ℃). Typical ACPR is -30 dBc at +42 dBm output, power consumption is around 180W at that output level, and the unit runs on +36 to +60 VDC (with an AC option). This NMK variant uses FSK monitor-and-control with MS-connector power supply; an RS-232C M&C option is also available in the series. It weighs 2.5 kg, includes an LED indicator, and is RoHS compliant.
