The NJT8336U is a GaN HEMT block up-converter with a built-in linearizer, covering the universal Ku-band from 13.75 to 14.5 GHz and delivering up to 16W (+42 dBm) of linear output power (typically +42 dBm at -26 dBc ACPR, or +41 dBm at -30 dBc ACPR). It runs on a 950-1,700 MHz IF input against a 12.8 GHz LO, draws roughly 110W typical at rated output from a +36 to +54 VDC supply, and includes a strong receive-band rejection filter (-156 dBm/Hz max. across 10.95-12.75 GHz). Housed in a small, lightweight (1.8 kg) IP67 weatherproof enclosure, it is rated for operation up to +75 ℃ and supports multiple monitor-and-control options, with this NMT variant offering Ethernet (HTTP/SNMP) and parallel I/O; RS-485 and RS-232 (optional) variants are also available in the series. It includes an LED status indicator and is RoHS compliant.
