The NJT8301 is a Standard Ku-band (14.0-14.5 GHz) block up-converter in a compact weatherized enclosure, providing up to 1.5 W (+31 dBm) of P1dB output power. It operates on a 950-1,450 MHz IF with a 13.05 GHz LO, delivering a minimum P1dB of +31 dBm over temperature and -26 dBc ACPR at +31 dBm output while drawing just 12 W. Weighing 350 g, the unit is RoHS compliant.
