NJT8302U Series – Universal Ku-band 3W BUC
A very compact 3W Ku-band block up-converter for the universal 13.75-14.5 GHz band, designed for small, low-power VSAT terminals.
The NJT8302U is a block up-converter for the universal Ku-band (13.75 to 14.5 GHz), producing up to 3W (+34 dBm P1dB) from a 950-1,700 MHz IF input against a 12.8 GHz LO. It is housed in a small, weatherized, IP67-rated enclosure weighing only 350 g, runs on +24 VDC (12 to 30 VDC range), and draws about 18W typical at P1dB with a typical ACPR of -26 dBc at +34 dBm output. Operating range is -40 to +55C, and the unit is RoHS compliant.
