The NJT8301U is a block up-converter for the universal Ku-band (13.75 to 14.5 GHz), delivering up to 1.5W (+31 dBm P1dB) from a 950-1,700 MHz IF input against a 12.8 GHz LO. It shares the same compact, weatherized, IP67-rated 350 g enclosure as the 3W model in the family, runs on +24 VDC (12 to 30 VDC range), and consumes about 12W typical at P1dB with a typical ACPR of -26 dBc at +31 dBm output. Operating range is -40 to +55C, and the unit is RoHS compliant.
