The NJT8370 is a GaN-based block up-converter (BUC) for the Standard Ku-band (14.0-14.5 GHz), delivering up to 25 W (+44 dBm) of saturated output power from a weatherized, forced-air-cooled enclosure. It runs on a 950-1,450 MHz IF with a 13.05 GHz LO. The unit carries an extended operating temperature guarantee from -40 to +75C, can be powered from +36 to +60 VDC or an optional AC supply, and supports optional FSK or RS-232C monitor-and-control (M&C) interfaces. It weighs a compact 2.5 kg, includes an LED status indicator, and is RoHS compliant.
